*Room rate is per person based on two people occupying the room. Note too that single and triple occupancy are also available.
Room price also includes round trip shared transportation from the airport to the resort.
ROOM AMENITIES: **IMPORTANT NOTE: We will quote/price your trip individually based on your needs.
We can also book your flights as part of a complete package. Flight availability is not guaranteed so please reserve your room trip early. Room inventory is secured for the group but is limited and must be booked no later than 4/15/21 .

When booking group contracted hotel only: Initial Deposit To Book is $150.00pp*
Second Deposit of $200 per person is due no later than 3/15/21
Final Payments For the Trip Are Due No Later Than 4/15/21
Bookings Including a Scheduled Airline: Full price of your air ticket plus $150pp
*Deposit Amount is Non-Refundable Unless Cash Back Insurance is Purchased.
**Additional Cancellation Fee of $50pp Applies to All Bookings**

Travel Protection Options: (Room Only Prices-Note that we will quote the full package coverage with flights as needed by each guest)

Travel Protection Plus -full travel credit - Total Price $179.98 ($89.99 per adult)
- This plan is for your budget-conscious clients. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
Travel Protection Plus - cash refund - Total Price $319.98 ($159.99 per adult)
- Customers who want their full refund in original form of payment should select this plan. Remember that all bookings without Travel Protection Plus receive any refund due in the form of future travel credits.

Cancellation insurance is not included but will be added at the time of booking based on your package price. We highly recommend that all guests purchase this as if you had to cancel, you’ll need to have protection for the trip investment, as well as, the benefit of the during travel coverages that are provided.
Should you decline the insurance, your booking will be subject to cancellation penalties up to 100% of the trip cost. Bookings made without the trip protection will require a signed waiver.
In order to book your trip, we will need your full names as they appear on your passports and dates of birth. Also, please ensure that your passport will have at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel.
