*Double room rate is per person based on two people occupying the room. Single is person occupying the room. Note too that children's rates (12 and under) and Junior rate (17 and under) are also available.

Here are the deposit and payment plan policies for your trip:

When booking group contracted hotel only: Initial Deposit To Book is $100 per room*
Final Payments For the Trip Are Due No Later Than December 8, 2020
When booking group hotel with
Charter airfare: $250.00pp
When booking hotel with
a Scheduled Airline: Full price of your air ticket plus $150pp

Air tickets are generally non-refundable and non-changeable once booked and issued.

Group Cancellation Coverage Plan is Available and We Recommend to Protect Your Purchase. Ask Us About Prices and Coverage Options!

Cancellation insurance is not included but can be added at the time of booking based on your package price. We do highly recommend this as if you had to cancel, you’ll need to have protection for the trip investment, as well as, the benefit of the during travel coverages that are provided.
Should you decline the insurance, your booking will be subject to cancellation penalties up to 100% of the trip cost.
In order to book your trip, we will need your full names as they appear on your passports and dates of birth. Also, please ensure that your passport will have at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel.
