Room price also includes round trip shared transportation from the airport to the resort.

Room inventory is secured for the group but is limited and must be booked no later than June 28th.

Flights:

We would be happy to assist with the booking of your flights together with your room as needed. Please indicate in your RSVP below if you would like a quote that includes flights. Note that only certain flights such as the Frontier flights from Chicago O'Hare are currently up for sale.

All other airline flights will be available approximately 330 days prior to departure.

Deposit and Payment Plan

When booking group contracted flights and hotel:
Initial Deposit To Book is $200.00pp* (Not Including Trip Insurance)
Second Deposit of $200pp Due on July 1st
Final Payments For the Trip Are Due No Later Than August 15th
*Deposit Amount is Non-Refundable Unless Cash Back Insurance is Purchased.
**Additional Cancellation Fee of $50pp Applies to All Bookings**

Travel Protection Options: (Room Only Prices-Note that we will quote the full package coverage with flights as needed by each guest)

Travel Protection Plus -full travel credit -
- This plan is for your budget-conscious clients. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
Travel Protection Plus - cash refund -
- Customers who want their full refund in original form of payment should select this plan. Remember that all bookings without Travel Protection Plus receive any refund due in the form of future travel credits.
**Additional Cancellation Fee of $50pp Applies to All Bookings**

Cancellation insurance is not included but will be added at the time of booking based on your package price. We highly recommend that all guests purchase this as if you had to cancel, you’ll need to have protection for the trip investment, as well as, the benefit of the during travel coverages that are provided.
Should you decline the insurance, your booking will be subject to cancellation penalties up to 100% of the trip cost. Bookings made without the trip protection will require a signed waiver.
In order to book your trip, we will need your full names as they appear on your passports and dates of birth. Also, please ensure that your passport will have at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of travel.
